Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days from the original purchase date. Because HALF UNITED automatically allocates and donates the funds to our Hunger Fighting Partners each time you make a purchase, we only issue returns in the form of store credit. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Return Process
To return an online order via mail, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you would like to return. Place your prepaid shipping label on the return package along with the original invoice, securely seal it and drop it off at your nearest post office. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will issue the purchase amount in the form of store credit within 2-4 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification with your issued store credit. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. HALF UNITED cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
