Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business structure, HALF UNITED cannot process refunds. The reason for this policy, is that HALF UNITED, automatically allocates and donates the funds to our Hunger Fighter Partners. However, we are more than happy to assist you in any exchange, of equal or lesser value, or in-store credit. In the option of an exchange, please see below for Exchange Instructions and Terms.

- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, HALF UNITED will accept returns for either an exchange/store credit within 45 days from the delivery date, with the exception of sale items.  

- No in-store credit or exchanges will be permitted after 45 days from the delivery date.

- If HALFUNITED receives return items that have not been formally processed and approved through help@halfunited.com, they will not be processed for an exchange and HALFUNITED is not responsible for sending the items back to sender. We will hold the items until we are contacted and further processing will be considered at that time.

***If you would like to make a return, please follow the steps noted below.***


1. Email us at help@halfunited.com with your order # and indicate the reason for your return. Please also indicate in your email if you would like an in-store credit or an exchange.

2. Our customer service team will respond to you within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Form, print and fill out form.

3. Please pack the items in the original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Form in your return. HALF UNITED is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

4. Failure to provide Return Form will delay or cancel processing.

5. Ship your return with an insured mail service and retain your receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost to HALFUNITED.

6. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product to ensure the returned items are in good condition and not damaged.

7. If the inspection is passed: Products must be unworn, include all original parts, tags intact, and packaging included with your order.

-For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost.

-For in-store credit a promo code will be emailed to the address of the purchaser.




Can I change or cancel my order? 

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll try to catch it before it goes out the door. If it has not yet been processed, we can cancel your order so that you can place it with the correct items. Please Contact Us immediately to notify us of any changes you would like to make on your order. Customer Service is available Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5PM EST.

Do you ship internationally? 

 Yes, we ship orders to many countries worldwide, via DHL. International shipping charges vary based on destination country.  

 Can I return items purchased from an authorized retailer?  

All orders purchased from an authorized retailer cannot be returned directly to us. Please contact the authorized retailer for further assistance.

Can I return items I purchased online to a retailer? 

All orders purchased on halfunited.com must be returned to our headquarters by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers.
