Frequently Asked Questions

 

Orders

HALF UNITED accepts all major credit and debit cards for purchases.

At this time, we are unable to accept more than one credit card entry per purchase. Please see our Orders + Shipping page for more information.

Sales tax will be calculated and automatically applied to every purchase once shipping information has been entered.

Gift cards, store credit, and discount codes can be applied in the cart stage of the purchase. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with another discount code or promotion.



Returns

Items may only be returned due to damages or breakage within 14 days of receipt. To return an online order via mail, please email shipping@halfunited.com with your order number and item(s) you would like to return.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We do not offer free returns at this time. Please see our Returns + Exchanges page for more information.

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will issue the purchase amount in the form of store credit within 2-4 business days.



Shipping

Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or modified. Please contact hello@halfunited.com with any concerns or questions.

We do offer international shipping! To view a quote for duties and shipping rates to a particular address, please add items to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout for an estimate.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email featuring a tracking number.

For in stock items, Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST will generally begin processing within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST will begin the processing period of the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day (Monday-Friday). All pre-order items will ship 1-2 days after arrival to our warehouse. Please note that while we do our best to guarantee the dispatch of orders in a timely manner, effects of weather related or service delays can occur, of which we cannot be made responsible for the timely delivery of the product. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. Please see our Orders + Shipping page for more information.
