Showing those we love how much we care is something we do beyond the confines of a holiday, but that doesn’t mean Valentine’s Day isn’t the perfect opportunity to express love in gift form for those we treasure most. Sometimes that person we need to show the most love happens to be ourselves.
The thing I want to preach is that: Every. Single. Day. of your life should feel like a celebration filled with self-adoration, appreciation, and care. Today, when you woke up and got out of bed you were breathing invisible air while standing on a MASSIVE ball of molten-mass which floats in an expansive cosmos held up by nothing more than an unseen force we’ve coined as “gravity.”
Let’s pause. If you have sight, you immediately tapped into the luxury called “vision” where you were able to identify millions of hues of blues, greens, reds, and browns, and every other color under the sun all in one single blink simply by opening your eyes.

Your life is miraculous! You are glorious! And, simply being here should be enough to compel you to love and appreciate every other human you engage with daily….especially yourself!

Spring is a season that inspires my creativity like no other! As the winter cold gives way to warmer weather and longer days, it fuels me with renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings.
